Advanced PC Solutions offer a range of support service contracts all based around Microsoft based network systems;

Telephone Technical support

Our telephone technical support line is operated by friendly and knowledgeable staff. With extensive knowledge and a straightforward approach to fault diagnosis and rectification we offer an efficient and effective service.

Remote Technical Support

Many IT related problems can be resolved without the need for an Engineer to attend site. We can take control of your computer via the internet and quickly diagnose and remedy issues getting you back to work with the minimum of disruption and delay.

We can also perform routine maintenance on your network and server without the disruption of an engineer attending site.

Contractual Support

Offered with telephone technical support, our onsite support contracts focus on proactively preventing problems whilst retaining the flexibility to resolve any issue that may occur in the timeliest manner appropriate.

Onsite time is scheduled in advance to complete general system administration including security patch updates along with troubleshooting and system enhancement. Fundamental system checks are completed to identify potential problems before they impact upon the business.

Where possible, the contract is extended further to include remote monitoring and diagnostics to ensure we can offer fast response times.
